The Chamber displays an alphabetical list and a categorical list on our website that includes contact information for all member businesses. The Chamber also offers a program accessible via our website to promote member businesses to citizens and visitors to Carthage. This program displays your information next to a map for shoppers’ convenience. Finally, all members are welcome and encouraged to link their Facebook pages to the Chamber Facebook page to promote and market their businesses.
Our high traffic lobby features a members-only display area for Chamber members’ marketing brochures and/or business cards for citizens, businesses, new residents and visitors.
The Chamber will coordinate a ribbon cutting ceremony if your business is new to the community, has relocated, or has undergone a major renovation. The Chamber Ambassadors are invited to attend and learn more about your business.
The Chamber will coordinate a new member welcome ceremony for each new business who joins the Chamber. Our Ambassadors are on-hand to welcome you and media is invited to attend.
As a new member, you will be welcomed to the Chamber through a new member listing in Spotlight on Carthage sent to our over 360 members and on our Facebook page.
For many Chamber events attended by a representative of your company, you receive a discount on your following yearly dues. Individual and not-for-profit members are ineligible for this discount. Additionally, each person who attends many of our events can place their business card in the Chamber fishbowl for a chance to win a quarterly prize valued at $100.

Every day the Carthage Chamber of Commerce receives phone, walk-in and web inquiries from businesses, citizens, visitors and residents new to our community in need of a product or service. Chamber member businesses exclusively receive those referrals!
